Our savvy investor decided to refresh the appearance of their unit by renovating the kitchen and bathroom, floors and a lick of paint.
The main objective of this renovation was to increase the unit’s value and appeal for potential buyers, as well as to give the unit a much-needed makeover due to its old and dated look. Kudo Homes® was responsible for project management and all aspects of the renovation, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.
